Lakeland Concrete Contractors is an online directory and referral service. We connect homeowners and property owners in the Lakeland, FL area with independent, third-party concrete contractors. We are not a concrete contractor, we do not perform or supervise concrete work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor. Our "service" consists of operating this Site, allowing you to browse listings, submit quote requests, and allowing contractors to claim, list, or purchase listings and leads.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

A listing is not an endorsement, and we do not verify a contractor's licensing, insurance, or qualifications. You should independently confirm these before hiring any contractor.
4. Quote Requests and Referrals
When you submit a quote request through our Site, you authorize us to share your contact information and project details with one or more independent third-party contractors so they can contact you. We do not guarantee that you will be contacted, matched with, or hired by any contractor, or that you will receive any particular result, price, or quality of service.
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or binding agreement. Any estimate, quote, or contract is solely between you and the independent contractor, subject to that contractor's own on-site assessment and written agreement. We are not a party to it and reserve the right to decline or remove any request.
5. Contractors, Listings, and Paid Placements
Contractors may claim a listing or purchase featured/promoted placements and customer leads from us. Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for maintaining all licenses, insurance, and permits required to perform their work. Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement by us. We reserve the right to add, edit, refuse, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for the performance, conduct, work quality, or any agreement of any contractor listed on or contacted through the Site. Our Site may also display third-party advertisements served by networks such as Google AdSense, which we do not control or endorse.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Lakeland Concrete Contractors or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
